Charades as a game is in the public domain. The charadesgame.app name, this implementation’s code, visual design, word lists, and site content are owned by charadesgame.app or its licensors. You may play the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content without permission.

Your match settings and records — such as matches played, total correct guesses, best round, and best match score — may be stored in your browser on your device. Clearing browser data can erase them. We are not responsible for lost local data.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (for example, page views and gameplay-related events). This helps us improve charadesgame.app. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
